Days 23 to 26

Coffee x 3 on all days. Monday had stuffed zucchini for lunch and salad with cold meat for dinner. Half peach yogurt. Cheese. Tuesday meatballs with cabbage for lunch and a little tomato sauce, one flax seed cracker, dinner of cold cuts, cheese and salad vegetables. Olives and a bit of hummus. Wednesday salad for lunch with egg and tuna and pork and peppers with broccoli for dinner and a small salad. Half peach yogurt and small piece of cheese. Thursday had cold meat, cheese and chopped salad vegetables for lunch and grilled lemon chicken with broccoli and a small salad for dinner.

Coffee x three Salad with spinach omelette with cheese. Salami and cheese, cheddar, Brie, turkey slice, radishes and cucumber.

Coffee x three. Salad with spinach quiche. Burger, asparagus, spinach salad.

Coffee x three Salad, burger. Dinner out, chicken, quinoa, salad.

Coffee x 3. Romaine and spinach quiche with bacon, cucumber, radishes, tomato. Dinner lemon chicken with asparagus and a small amount of cabbage. Small salad. Two slices ham and quarter spinach quiche. Brie cheese.

Day sixteen

Coffee x 3 Salami and cheese and salad for lunch. One slice of ham for snack. Dinner pork and peppers with cabbage and romaine salad with radishes.

Day 15

Lost a total of 7 lb by this morning. Coffee x 3 Chinese BBQ pork for dinner with finger salad, lettuce, radishes, celery and vinaigrette. Lunch of salami and cheese and salad. Quarter of spinach quiche.

Day fourteen

Out all day. Had spinach quiche for breakfast. Lunch salami and cheese, cucumber sticks, radishes, celery and green pepper. Ham and turkey slice and cheddar cheese. Dinner stuffed pepper with chili mince and quiche and salad vegetables and cheese. Coffee x 3

Day thirteen

Filet with asparagus and cabbage for dinner. Small salad. Lunch meat and cheese and salad. Coffee x 3.

Day twelve

Dinner indian meatballs with cabbage and spinach salad. Lunch salad with meat. Coffee x 3 Ham and turkey snacks with cheese.

Day Eleven

Coffee x 3 Lunch salad with burger and blue cheese. Dinner lemon chicken with cabbage and broccoli and spinach salad. Turkey and ham snacks.

End of the first week of dieting

Coffee Turkey and pepper jack cheese Romaine salad small with tomato and cucumber and avocado and celery with blue cheese. Cold cucumber and avocado soup. Cooked salami and Swiss cheese. Coffee Stuffed zucchini with ground beef, a little onion and zucchini, some tomato paste, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Coffee Aged Gouda cheese.

Diet day six

Coffee Romaine salad with two egg spinach and onion frittata with bacon and cheese, celery and bye cream cheese Coffee Catfish which I didn't like so I had turkey deli and some pepper jack cheese. Small romaine salad with tomato and vinaigrette. Asparagus and zucchini with soy sauce. Coffee

Coffee for breakfast. One and a half slices of turkey for snack Two cups of romaine with tomato and peppers and cold baked pesto salmon with vinaigrette. Coffee Stir fried pork with broccoli and snow peas Spinach salad with half boiled egg and bacon bits and vinaigrette. Coffee Turkey and kalamata olives.

First day of new diet

The usual coffee for breakfast with one T half and half. That will change to cream when I run out of half. Snack when I finally wanted to eat in the morning was a slice of roast turkey from Boar's Head. Lunch was 2 cups of romaine with tomato and green pepper, bacon sprinkles, vinaigrette and shrimp cooked in bacon fat. Coffee to follow. Afternoon snack was more turkey. Dinner baked salmon with a little lemon juice and lemon pepper and stir fried vegetables, broccoli snow peas in soy sauce. Had a small salad with bacon and hard boiled egg to start, Parmesan and vinaigrette. Coffee again and an ounce of cheddar cheese with five kalamata olives.
