Days 23 to 26

Coffee x 3 on all days. Monday had stuffed zucchini for lunch and salad with cold meat for dinner. Half peach yogurt. Cheese. Tuesday meatballs with cabbage for lunch and a little tomato sauce, one flax seed cracker, dinner of cold cuts, cheese and salad vegetables. Olives and a bit of hummus. Wednesday salad for lunch with egg and tuna and pork and peppers with broccoli for dinner and a small salad. Half peach yogurt and small piece of cheese. Thursday had cold meat, cheese and chopped salad vegetables for lunch and grilled lemon chicken with broccoli and a small salad for dinner.

Day twenty two

Coffee x three Salad with spinach omelette with cheese. Salami and cheese, cheddar, Brie, turkey slice, radishes and cucumber.

Day twenty one

Coffee x three. Salad with spinach quiche. Burger, asparagus, spinach salad.

Day twenty

Coffee x three Salad, burger. Dinner out, chicken, quinoa, salad.

Coffee x three. Salad quiche and turkey breast. BBQ pork with cauliflower and broccoli. Small salad.

Day eighteen

Coffee x three. Salad with quiche. Stuffed zucchini with mince and asparagus. Small salad and cheese.

Day seventeen

Coffee x 3. Romaine and spinach quiche with bacon, cucumber, radishes, tomato. Dinner lemon chicken with asparagus and a small amount of cabbage. Small salad. Two slices ham and quarter spinach quiche. Brie cheese.
