First day of new diet
The usual coffee for breakfast with one T half and half. That will change to cream when I run out of half.
Snack when I finally wanted to eat in the morning was a slice of roast turkey from Boar's Head.
Lunch was 2 cups of romaine with tomato and green pepper, bacon sprinkles, vinaigrette and shrimp cooked in bacon fat. Coffee to follow.
Afternoon snack was more turkey.
Dinner baked salmon with a little lemon juice and lemon pepper and stir fried vegetables, broccoli snow peas in soy sauce. Had a small salad with bacon and hard boiled egg to start, Parmesan and vinaigrette.
Coffee again and an ounce of cheddar cheese with five kalamata olives.
