End of the first week of dieting

Coffee Turkey and pepper jack cheese Romaine salad small with tomato and cucumber and avocado and celery with blue cheese. Cold cucumber and avocado soup. Cooked salami and Swiss cheese. Coffee Stuffed zucchini with ground beef, a little onion and zucchini, some tomato paste, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Coffee Aged Gouda cheese.

Diet day six

Coffee Romaine salad with two egg spinach and onion frittata with bacon and cheese, celery and bye cream cheese Coffee Catfish which I didn't like so I had turkey deli and some pepper jack cheese. Small romaine salad with tomato and vinaigrette. Asparagus and zucchini with soy sauce. Coffee

Coffee Romaine salad with tomatoes and vinaigrette, cold roast pork, celery with Boursin and blue cream cheese Coffee Small romaine salad with bacon and egg Beef stroganoff with cabbage and brussel sprouts Coffee Aged Gouda

Diet day four

Coffee Two slices turkey and one slice of pepper jack Spinach salad with small amount of onion, tomato, celery with Boursin, two egg frittata with cheese and broccoli Coffee Roast pork, asparagus, cabbage and Brussels sprouts Romaine salad with celery and Boursin and a little Parmesan and vinaigrette Coffee Small amount of aged Gouda.

Coffee Romaine salad with green pepper, tomato, egg and pesto salmon. Celery with Boursin. Coffee Turkey slice Braised pepper steak with asparagus and cabbage Spinach salad with onion, bacon and celery with Boursin. Coffee. Small piece of aged Gouda.

Diet day two

Coffee for breakfast. One and a half slices of turkey for snack Two cups of romaine with tomato and peppers and cold baked pesto salmon with vinaigrette. Coffee Stir fried pork with broccoli and snow peas Spinach salad with half boiled egg and bacon bits and vinaigrette. Coffee Turkey and kalamata olives.

First day of new diet

The usual coffee for breakfast with one T half and half. That will change to cream when I run out of half. Snack when I finally wanted to eat in the morning was a slice of roast turkey from Boar's Head. Lunch was 2 cups of romaine with tomato and green pepper, bacon sprinkles, vinaigrette and shrimp cooked in bacon fat. Coffee to follow. Afternoon snack was more turkey. Dinner baked salmon with a little lemon juice and lemon pepper and stir fried vegetables, broccoli snow peas in soy sauce. Had a small salad with bacon and hard boiled egg to start, Parmesan and vinaigrette. Coffee again and an ounce of cheddar cheese with five kalamata olives.
