Diet day two
Coffee for breakfast.
One and a half slices of turkey for snack
Two cups of romaine with tomato and peppers and cold baked pesto salmon with vinaigrette.
Coffee
Stir fried pork with broccoli and snow peas
Spinach salad with half boiled egg and bacon bits and vinaigrette.
Coffee
Turkey and kalamata olives.
