Days 23 to 26
Coffee x 3 on all days.
Monday had stuffed zucchini for lunch and salad with cold meat for dinner. Half peach yogurt. Cheese.
Tuesday meatballs with cabbage for lunch and a little tomato sauce, one flax seed cracker, dinner of cold cuts, cheese and salad vegetables. Olives and a bit of hummus.
Wednesday salad for lunch with egg and tuna and pork and peppers with broccoli for dinner and a small salad. Half peach yogurt and small piece of cheese.
Thursday had cold meat, cheese and chopped salad vegetables for lunch and grilled lemon chicken with broccoli and a small salad for dinner.
